Care Assist is a portable device to immediately notify a carer if an incident occurs. This is especially useful for carers who have disturbed sleep due to night-time risks or for people who prefer not to be connected to a 24-hour monitoring service.
When the telecare sensor is activated, the Care Assist will vibrate, beep and light up its bright screen to alert the carer to the incident allowing them to view what sensor activated the alarm, enabling them to take speedy and appropriate action.
